Join us as we overcome our coaching obstacles…together!
Hey there, friend! 👋
We know what it’s like to feel all alone as a literacy coach, with no one to collaborate with.
We get it. We were there, too. And it’s why we’re here now. We remember the hours and hours we poured over coaching cycles, trying to plan the perfect professional learning experiences for the teachers we coached. We remember how lonely and often ill-equipped we felt trying to solve problems on our own.
But the good news is…we sought out a solution to that problem and created this coaching cohort! We believe that literacy coaches need collaborative partners in this work and coaches of their own!
SO WHY NOT JOIN US TO…
The LitFORCE Coaching Huddle is the supportive community you have been looking for!
We’ve got you covered. Are you ready to get started?
-Kate R. – K-5 Literacy Coach
“I have been the only Literacy Coach in my district for some time. There were times I was overwhelmed and wondered if what I was doing was even making a difference. There are not enough words to tell you how grateful I was to connect with Jenna, Annemarie, and Christy. This role can be lonely and not many people understand what your day can look like. But, these ladies get it! They really reinforced that this role can be hard juggling so many hats. However, they are always there to listen, support, brainstorm ideas and keep things positive!”
We will meet on Zoom for one hour each week through mid-June 2022. Meetings will include both planned PD and participant-led interaction.
Can’t attend a live session? No problem! Each session will be recorded and available for viewing within 24 hours.
Each week we will share practical coaching tips, ready-to-use PD plans, cheat sheets, and more!
Networking with our vibrant community. Meet other literacy leaders who share your passion.
We will meet weekly through mid-June 2022. Our live meetings are held on Fridays at 2:00 pm EST. Note: The Huddle began in mid-January, but new members may join at any time and gain access to all previous content.
This is a perfect “training ground” for aspiring literacy coaches. We sure wish we had had a group like this when we first started out. Just eavesdropping on the concerns of current coaches will be so valuable for you.
If you don’t have a literacy coach, you are probably the one doing the coaching! As the instructional leader of your building, you will walk away with plenty of ideas to help you guide and give feedback to your teachers.
No worries! Every session will be recorded and posted in your dashboard, usually within 24 hours. Of course, we do hope you can attend at least SOME sessions live so that we can interact with you!
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you aren’t, just contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
We respectfully ask you NOT to share your dashboard log-in with colleagues. We work hard to keep the value high but the cost affordable for all. If you have a colleague who would like to join after we have started, they can join at any time and receive full access to all content.
AND RECEIVE COACHES OF YOUR OWN!
Not sure yet? At least don’t leave empty-handed!
